Nathan Womack

Nathaniel Womack Jr. was born in Baltimore, Maryland. The middle child of seven born of Rev Nathaniel and Mary Catherine Womack. He is happily married to Carrie “Cat” Womack. Together they have 5 children, thirty grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. 

Nathaniel Womack Jr. joined the United States Army at the aged of 17 years old in 1976. He served eight and a half years of active duty as a Telecommunication Center Specialist. 

In 1985 he ended his regular time in the service and joined the U.S. Army Reserve where he served for twelve years a a Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant and Senior Drill Instructor. He supervised 12 drill sergeants and 300 basic training soldiers in a combat training Unit. 

He has a vast amount of work experience where he successfully received several awards for his exemplarity services to include Drill Sergeant of the Year, Army Accommodation Medal, Service Award, Defense Service Medal and many more. 

Mr. Womack Also started his civilian career working for the Department of Defense where he severed for 25 years. his duties included Transportation Assistant, Transportation Lead, Supervisor of Customer Service for the Emergency Supply Operation Center, Union Representative, President of Blacks in Government “BIG”, EEO Meditator, President of Employee Working Group, Executive Vice President for Contracts and Constitution for American Federation for Federal Employees Local 1972. AFGE. 

Mr. Womack has the following credentials. President of Womack’s Consulting Inc. (Licensed in Virginia and California 501(c)3). Owner of Tailored-Made Modeling Agency. Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, National Fatherhood Institute Instructor. 

As the President of My Brother’s Keeper of Greater Richmond a Male Mentoring Organization. Nathan is passionate in mentoring men in the community. He empowers fathers and strengthens families. His vision is to create positive change, while working with his staff to provide support and resources that fathers need to thrive.

Mr. Womack has retired from the federal Government with forty-five years of federal services this include the 20 years in the U.S. Army. He believes that even though he is retired the work is not finished. Having had his mother and father in his home for 50 years till they departed. “I realize the benefit of having both parents in the home. Having my father in the home made me the man I am today”. 

Mr. Womack Holds an associate in psychology from Delta College in Stockton Ca. 1987. He also has a bachelor’s degree in business science (BS) in 2008, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in 2011, from The University of Phoenix in Phoenix Arizona. Some other of the fields of study are Marketing Specialist, Business Analyst, Graphic Designer, Finance, Statistics, Personnel Management, Tech, Strategic planning & execution, Data analysis & visualization, Cross-functional team leadership Arts & Media.
